The Senate Judiciary Committee voted along party lines Wednesday to advance appeals court nominee Whitney Hermandorfer and four other judicial picks.

Hermandorfer, who was President Donald Trump’s first judicial pick of his second term, would serve on the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

The committee also voted on the nominations for Zachary Bluestone, Maria Lanahan, Cristian Stevens and Joshua Divine to federal district courts in Missouri.
