The House Energy and Commerce Committee will vote this week on four resolutions against top Biden administration environmental rules.
The committee also announced a markup Thursday on bipartisan legislation to make sure new cars are equipped with AM radio capabilities.
“The Energy and Commerce Committee is continuing to deliver solutions for the American people,” said Energy and Commerce Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-Wash.) during a release Tuesday night.
On the agenda are several Congressional Review Act resolutions. If passed, they would eliminate administration rules and prevent similar rulemakings in the future. The measures include:
