A change atop the House Intelligence Committee is having an impact on Transportation and Infrastructure subcommittee chairs.

Rep. Rick Crawford (R-Ark.) was supposed to remain chair of the T&I Subcommittee on Highways and Transit. But as the new Intelligence chair, he’s relinquishing his subcommittee gavel.

North Carolina Republican Rep. David Rouzer, who used to lead the Water Resources and Environment Subcommittee, will now take over Highways and Transit.
