Senators are working on changing their version of the Republican megabill to appease different factions of the party, with energy tax credits among the issues up for discussion.
E&E News reporters Kelsey Brugger, Andres Picon and Garrett Downs went in depth on all the loose ends lawmakers need to tie before they can send tax, energy and border spending budget reconciliation legislation to the president.
“The goal over the past month or so has been passage by Independence Day. It seems like it’s probably going to take a little longer than that,” Andy said.
