Two former Department of Energy officials have jumped to a Washington-based law firm to focus on infrastructure funding for the private sector, including loan guarantees and grants.
Sydney Bopp and Kevin Curley are joining Holland & Knight’s federal government affairs practice as senior policy advisers.
Also joining Holland & Knight is Caitlin Keliher, who served as a director at Boundary Stone Partners. Keliher will serve as a senior public affairs adviser.
Bopp held numerous roles at DOE, including chief of staff of the Office of Energy Dominance Financing, previously known as the Loan Programs Office. He joined Boundary Stone in 2021. Prior to that, he worked for the loan office from 2013 to 2020.
