A recent EPA alumnus is launching a new nonprofit advocacy group, CREEDemocracy, to promote clean energy development, and call out the Trump administration.

Gary Jonesi, a former EPA enforcement attorney, left the agency in January and started the advocacy group to highlight new and existing renewable energy and promote democracy within the United States and globally.

Jonesi had been toying with the idea of starting the nonprofit for some time, but the election of President Donald Trump cemented his plans.
