Top House Republicans are threatening yet another subpoena against Biden administration officials as part of a long-running investigation into the housing of migrants at a National Park site in New York.

A letter released Tuesday by House Natural Resources Chair Bruce Westerman (R-Ark.) and Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee Chair Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) slammed the administration’s extension of a lease for a migrant encampment at Floyd Bennett Field in New York City.

The letter was addressed to Interior Secretary Deb Haaland, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and National Park Service Director Chuck Sams.

The Republicans threatened a subpoena if the three agencies continue to ignore their requests for information, writing, “the Committee expects to receive a responsive production imminently.”
