The House will vote this week on legislation to roll back judicial power, as well as two bills to ease tax burdens for victims of natural disasters.

H.R. 1526, the “No Rogue Rulings Act,” from the Judiciary Committee, would limit the ability of district courts to issue national injunctions against executive actions.

Republican leaders fast-tracked the bill, from Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), as a way to push back on judges who have paused Trump administration initiatives and orders.
