The House and Senate are continuing their assault on Biden-era environmental regulations through the Congressional Review Act.

The House on Tuesday approved H.J. Res. 60, which would reverse a National Park Service rule finalized in the closing days of former President Joe Biden’s administration that banned off-road and all-terrain vehicles from sensitive sections of the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area in Utah and Arizona.

The CRA allows Congress to overturn recently finalized rules with simple majorities in both chambers of Congress.
