A former top enforcement official at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is taking his expertise to private practice.
Jeremy Medovoy, who served as the deputy director of enforcement at FERC, joined the firm McGuireWoods as a new partner Monday.
“Jeremy served with distinction at FERC through multiple changes in administrations,” Noreen Kelly, McGuireWoods’ deputy managing partner for litigation, said in a statement Tuesday.
“His unique insight will help clients develop effective compliance programs and mitigate risk,” she said.
