Texas Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton has launched another Make America Healthy Again-aligned investigation, backing the anti-corporate health movement.

Paxton on Monday issued orders demanding companies producing feminine care and cosmetic brands hand over information about potentially dangerous chemicals in their products.

It’s the latest in a string of examples where Paxton, the Republican candidate in a closely watched U.S. Senate race, has appealed to the concerns of MAHA moms.

“I will continue to work tirelessly to help Make America Healthy Again by stopping companies that illegally put toxic heavy metals and dangerous chemicals in their products,” Paxton said in a news release. “Many corporations have neglected the health of women by using harmful ingredients in their everyday products, but my office will fight to defend Texas women and their health.”
