Senate Energy and Natural Resources Chair Joe Manchin is eyeing a June markup on three pending Federal Energy Regulatory Commission nominees.

“We’re moving on that,” the West Virginia Democrat told E&E News.

President Joe Biden picked Democrats David Rosner and Judy Chang and Republican Lindsay See in late February. Manchin held a hearing in March.

If all are confirmed, the panel would have a complement of five commissioners, with current Chair Willie Phillips still leading the agency.
