All three Federal Energy Regulatory Commission nominees could receive final confirmation Wednesday, as Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer attempts to fully staff the agency before a critical June deadline.

The New York Democrat set a procedural vote for Democratic nominee David Rosner, a FERC analyst and former detailee to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, on Tuesday afternoon. He advanced 67-24.

The Senate will proceed to consideration of Republican nominee Lindsay See after Rosner’s potential confirmation Wednesday, with a final confirmation vote on See scheduled for the afternoon.

That will be followed by a procedural vote on Democratic nominee Judy Chang. Her confirmation vote could take place as soon as Wednesday evening, but may also bleed into Thursday.
