The Senate on Thursday confirmed another one of President Joe Biden’s nominees to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Lawmakers approved Judy Chang — a former Massachusetts energy and environment official — by a vote of 63-33. Her confirmation means FERC will soon have its full panel of five members.

The Senate on Wednesday approved David Rosner 67-27. Some Democrats expressed concern about his support for natural gas infrastructure.

Lindsay See passed 83-12. All Republicans and many Democrats voted for her despite See’s prominent role in opposing federal environmental rules.
