The Senate will take a procedural vote Monday on the fiscal 2025 National Defense Authorization Act with energy, environment and climate provisions.

Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) similarly set up action on the “Thomas R. Carper Water Resources Development Act.” Both bills passed the House with broad support.
