The Senate will soon send President Donald Trump legislation to undo another Biden-era energy regulation, this one affecting refrigerators.

The chamber voted 51-46 Wednesday evening to take up H.J. Res. 24, a resolution to scrap Department of Energy efficiency rules for walk-in coolers and freezers.

Lawmakers acted under the Congressional Review Act, a means of repealing newly issued rules by simple majority. Trump has so far signed two resolutions of disapproval.
