Senate lawmakers will return to session Monday to vote on Nancy Maldonado to serve on the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Maldonado — currently a district judge in Illinois — advanced 43-27 on Thursday before the chamber left on a two-week recess. The Senate has already confirmed more than 200 of President Joe Biden’s judicial picks.

Also on the Senate’s agenda for the coming days are Robin Meriweather, nominee for a seat on the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and Patricia Lee, the president’s choice for the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board. Meriweather is currently a magistrate judge in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
