Another senior Bureau of Land Management official has left the agency.

John Gale, who served as the bureau’s liaison to Western states, has resigned and his Grand Junction, Colorado-based position is no longer listed on BLM’s online leadership page.

Gale, whose formal job title was program executive for intergovernmental and external affairs, a senior executive service-level position, quietly submitted his resignation and informed his staff and colleagues of his departure over the past week.
