A major climate change advocacy group is calling on President Joe Biden to drop his reelection bid.

The Sunrise Movement’s Friday statement puts it in the company of a growing group of liberal commentators, outside groups and Democratic members of Congress asking Biden to pass the torch

Rep. Mike Levin (D-Calif.), a climate hawk in a battleground district, on Friday became the 19th member to ask Biden to step aside. Earlier in the day, freshman Rep. Brittany Pettersen (D-Colo.) called on Biden to end his bid.
