A former top EPA aide during the Trump administration has teamed up again with his one-time boss at the agency.
Troy Lyons, who previously led EPA’s congressional and intergovernmental relations office, has joined law firm Holland & Hart as senior director of federal affairs in its Washington office, the firm announced Thursday. Ex-EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler is there, too. He recently came to the firm to expand its presence in the nation’s capital.
Lyons told E&E News it was “an exciting time” to join Holland & Hart.

“The footprint of the firm, its work, and its clients fit well with my background,” Lyons said. “I am excited to part of a growing team in the DC office that includes Administrator Wheeler.”
