Two veteran officials from the first Trump administration — Michael Abboud and Molly Vaseliou — have left EPA’s Office of External Affairs.

Abboud joined the Department of Agriculture last month as deputy chief of staff for public affairs, according to his LinkedIn profile, and Vaseliou said in an automatic reply email to POLITICO’s E&E News she was no longer with EPA as of April 10.

EPA spokesperson Cora Mandy said Abboud was “a supremely talented member of our team and is truly missed.”
