Elizabeth Horner, who served as chief counsel for Senate Environment and Public Works Committee Republicans, is taking on a new role as partner in the Washington office of the firm Hunton Andrews Kurth.

“Could not be more thrilled to be returning to Hunton — where I was first a summer associate SIXTEEN years ago and an associate a decade ago,” said Horner in a Linkedin post announcing her new position.

Horner was on Capitol Hill through the development of key bipartisan bills passed under the Biden administration, including the 2021 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. Horner also helped lead the GOP response to the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act.
