CARLOS ANCHONDO
Carlos is an oil and gas reporter for E&E News, where he started as an Energywire fellow. He joined E&E News in 2019 after graduating with his master’s in journalism from the University of Texas at Austin. He also has a bachelor’s degree in communication and international studies from Trinity University.
