A House Republican from Florida wants steep fines and prison time for culprits of “weather modification.”

Rep. Greg Steube’s “Air Quality Act,” H.R. 7452, would impose penalties of up to $100,000 for each violation as well as five years in prison for people who conduct “weather modification.”
