The Interior Department plans to appeal a string of recent federal court rulings that halted President Donald Trump’s offshore wind blockade.

Interior Secretary Doug Burgum said Wednesday that the agency “absolutely” intends to challenge the decisions that overturned the administration’s stop-work orders for five projects along the Eastern Seaboard.

“People are saying this is some ideological attack on offshore wind,” Burgum said in an interview with Bloomberg Television. “No, this is like a real, genuine concern, and as Americans we should be concerned.”
