House Speaker Mike Johnson has invited President Donald Trump to deliver his State of the Union address to Congress on Feb. 24.

The speech comes as Trump is working to address key cost of living issues, leading military intervention in Venezuela and threatening to seize Greenland.

“We look forward to advancing the important work ahead of us in 2026, serving the American people, defending liberty, and preserving this grand experiment in self-governance,” Johnson wrote in his invitation.
