At least four Republicans are rallying behind bipartisan legislation to undo President Donald Trump’s executive order offering national security protections to glyphosate, a weed killer tied to cancer.

Reps. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) and Chellie Pingree (D-Maine) introduced H.R. 7601, the “No Immunity for Glyphosate Act,” which would prohibit federal funding for implementing Trump’s order last week.

“If the goal is to ‘Make America Healthy Again,’ the federal government should not be using its authority to promote or protect the production of glyphosate,” Massie said in a statement.
