A House Science, Space and Technology subcommittee will meet this week to discuss the use of weather satellites in national security operations.

The Environment Subcommittee, chaired by Rep. Scott Franklin (R-FLa.), on Tuesday will hear testimony from officials at NOAA and the Defense Department about how the agencies collaborate on weather satellites.
