The Trump administration on Wednesday marched out a platoon of nominees for key energy- and environment-related positions across multiple agencies including the Interior, Agriculture and Energy departments.
Some of the nominees are veterans of prior service with the organizations they are now being tapped to lead. A number come with energy and resource backgrounds.
The nominees, which all must be confirmed by the Senate, include a former CIA specialist in critical minerals, a onetime head of Wyoming’s wildlife agency, several lobbyists, and a longtime advocate for the oil and gas industry.
Several nominees are heading for key roles at EPA.
