Republicans are wasting no time jackhammering former President Joe Biden’s environmental legacy.

The House is planning to vote in the coming days on three Congressional Review Act resolutions against the former administration’s rules, after both chambers launched their attacks last week.

On deck is a resolution against a Bureau of Ocean Energy Management rule forcing oil and gas companies to conduct archaeological studies before they can drill. The goal is to protest shipwrecks and other artifacts.

The Senate passed the measure last week, with Democratic Sens. John Hickenlooper of Colorado and Catherine Cortez-Masto and Jacky Rosen of Nevada joining Republicans to bust the rule. House passage this week will send it to President Donald Trump.
