House Oversight and Accountability Committee Republicans are heading to North Texas on Tuesday to explore the challenges affecting energy producers.

The hearing, “Drilling Down: Oversight of the Challenges and Opportunities Facing U.S. Energy Production,” comes as the Biden administration releases a barrage of rules affecting energy and natural resources issues.

The Subcommittee on Economic Growth, Energy Policy and Regulatory Affairs held a hearing last week on the Department of Energy’s liquefied natural gas export permitting pause.
