A number of Republican senators are pressing the Trump administration for assurances it will allow new wind and solar projects to be eligible for tax breaks, as specified in the One Big Beautifiul Bill Act.

And one senator — John Curtis of Utah — suggested Friday that he might place holds on nominees if Trump officials do not agree to meet about the matter.

“That’s certainly a possibility,” said Curtis, when asked about using holds to delay nominations as a means to secure a meeting with the administration.
