Democratic senators took issue with the Department of Housing and Urban Development on Wednesday for moves to roll back management standards in areas prone to flooding.

The letter was led by Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), the ranking member of the Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs committee.
