The White House is set to use its forthcoming AI Action Plan to take aim at state and federal AI regulations while unleashing land and energy for data centers and cutting back environmental restrictions, three people who were provided details of the plan’s contents told POLITICO Friday.

The roughly 20-page plan, known as “Winning the Race: America’s AI Action Plan,” is set to debut this week on Wednesday, according to those people.

In addition to the plan, President Donald Trump is expected to sign up to three executive orders: eliminating “woke” AI; soliciting information on federal land to be used for data centers; and promoting AI exports, according to two of the three people.
