WildEarth Guardians has hired Lindsay Larris as its new conservation director.
Larris, who joined the Western conservation group in 2019 as director of the organization’s wildlife program, will now oversees Guardians’ four conservation programs, the nonprofit announced.
“Her proven experience and insights over the last five years at Guardians have made the organization’s approach strategically sharper and more effective, and I’m looking forward to her continued leadership advancing our work for wildlife, wild lands, wild rivers, and a healthy climate in the American West,” said Hop Hopkins, the group’s executive director.
The organization’s previous conservation director, Greg Dyson, left the group last year.
